My name is Danny, and here's my testimony of my wife (Kimtanya) and my experience on purchasing a home for the first time and having Mrs. Yolanda Hill as our Realtor Representative.

Having Mrs. Hill as our Realtor made all the difference in our new home purchasing process. While I had doubts (BECAUSE OF MY CREDIT) from the moment that my wife and I met her at Arbor Place Mall. She immediately changed my whole thought process of not believing to believing that it was possible that we would be able to purchase a home. She answer every question we had and believe me I had a lot. The more she explained the home purchasing process to us, the more my wife and I knew that we were doing the right thing. Knowing that we were discussing the largest purchasing item that we will ever make in this lifetime. Mrs. Hill was willing to help us make our dream come true. She explained to us everything that we needed to do, got us with the right lender and appraiser, took us to locations of homes, made sure that the builders and their staff didn't take advantage of us, we were able to contact her at anytime, and the biggest thing of all Mrs. Hill made sure that we had everthing in writing. That really helped us out alot. She did not promise us anything and made sure if anyone else did made a commitment to us that it was in writing for the best interest of us.

NOW I SIT AT MY COMPUTER IN "OUR BRAND NEW HOUSE" IN A BEAUTIFUL SUB-DIVISION IN DOUGLAS COUNTY WRITING THIS TESTIMONIAL. WE DID IT AND IT WERE MAINLY BECAUSE OF MRS. HILL BUILDING US THROUGH THE PROCESS AND SHOWING US THAT ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE IF YOU BELIEVE AND SURROUND YOURSELF WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE.

As a first time Homeowner my home buying experience was a piece of cake. I met my Agent Yolanda in Arbor Place Mall. I was skeptic about being able to buy a house, but she assured me that I would be able to buy a house. My Agent did all the work for me.....So the experience was stress free, and the process was rapid. The only problems that I encountered with my experience was with the Builder, but those problems were resolved and at the end of the day I am a happy Homeowner. I was overall impressed and satisfied with the service.
